Shredded Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

This is a great recipe for those nights you don't have much time on your hands.  Basically, throw ingredients together and let the slow cooker do its magic. To keep the fat content low, choose skinless chicken breast.   This recipe calls for 2 pounds.  First step:  Simply place the chicken in the slow cooker.   ------------------------------------------------------------------------   Measure your favorite barbecue sauce, ketchup, and Italian dressing and pour into mixing bowl. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What really gives this recipe its special touch are the added spices with a little brown sugar. Measure and add these to the mixing bowl.     Thoroughly mix the ingredients. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ After mixed, pour over the chicken.    Set on low heat  Don't touch for 3 hours.
